Last night we saw dolphins. But with no moon and almost no phosphorescence in the water it was hard to see them jumping in front of Guppy’s bow. Even so, I could hear them the whole time. They don’t seem to like light as they disappeared every time I turned on the decklight hoping to see them better. Wind has now dropped totally and we’re just floating here doing 2 knots. That’s a big difference from last year when I had a steady 25 knots all the way and Guppy’s speed never came under 7 knots! At least there are no waves. It’s actually a beautiful cloudless day. Bruno doesn’t see the beauty of it, but I really enjoy the endless blue Pacific.
