It is another sunny day today and there is still a nice wind blowing. Everything on Guppy finally has the chance to dry and the batteries can get a good charge. This was really needed after so many days of rain. Besides, the sunshine is good for the morale aboard. After 24 days at sea I have covered 3000 nautical miles in comparison to my crossing form the Galápagos Islands to the Marquesas Islands that took me 18 days for the same distance.. But all in all I had a few days good sailing and everything aboard is fine, except for the storm jib’s furling drum and the sprayhood that was heavily deformed by a wave.. So things are going well aboard.
