After another day fighting with the sails and keeping course I was hoping for a good night sleep, but in the middle of it the wind decided to jack up a level on the annoyance meter. It kept turning to all directions on the dial and fading away just to come back loaded with thunderstorms shortly after. Half through the night I couldn’t keep my eyes open any longer so I took down the sails to go to bed for a couple of hours. It did me good. This morning the headwinds prevented us from keeping on course but we are still going steadily forward and I catched some sleep too. Surprisingly yesterday’s clouds have now dissolved into sunshine. Yesterday was all pouring rain and I had to turn on the lights inside the cabin so I could read a book..
