We decided to leave Hiva Oa and go a few miles further to Tahuatu, aslife was getting pretty uncomfortable with the big swell coming intothe bay. Some good friends from Panama came in just as we were leavingthe bay. They’ll be over here in a few days, so that should be cool.In the meantime, we’ve met a lot of other people and had a really nicedinner and evening on a much bigger boat called Wet Lady. The baywhere we are now, Baie Hanamoenoa, is so beautiful. There’s novillage, just a beautiful white beach with palm trees and high cliffson both sides. Best of all, the water is really clear and nice to swimin, unlike Hiva Oa. So I can clean the bottom of Guppy again. Tonightwe’re having a barbecue on the beach with all the other yachties. Ithink we will stay a couple of days and then head over to Rangiroa.Pictures will have to wait because there is no internet over here, butI will try to keep everybody up to date about our adventures inparadise.
