The gusty and heavy squall that brought 40 knots winds and pouring rain finally dissolved with the night. Today the wind has settled to a nice crosswind of 10 to 15 knots and at times I even catched glimpses of sunrays. Still, the sky is cloudy and the wind is unsteady although not shifting direction that much. So since morning Guppy is happily cutting through the waves once again and with the help of the currents we are making good progress.. Number of nautical miles to Sint Maarten is down to 1750 nm.
