Yesterday and the day before a pretty strong wind blew here, and yesterday we were
eating the sand by the mouthful. Much sand came blowing in from Morocco with the
easterly wind. The air was very dry and everything was covered in sand. It looked like it
was very foggy, but actually it was just clouds of sand. I had never seen something like
that before and it was rather nice to see, but in my opinion I have no need for repeat.
Today the wind calmed down a bit and fortunately, there is no sign of more sand clouds.
