Finally I have some wind, but it is so dark and gray outside that it looks like Guppy will be swallowed by the clouds at any moment. The swell is more than four meters as I have had one squall after the other for two weeks now.. I just finished reading another book which helps me forget about everything.. In the time it took me to cover the last 1500 miles, I had already completed 2800 miles on the crossing from the Galápagos to the Marquesas Islands! So far the Indian Ocean did not bring me much luck and I will be glad to leave it behind once it is a done thing… It is somewhat odd that even though I was surrounded by rain clouds and squalls all day today, I didn’t get a single drop of rain so I could take a nice shower and refill the water tanks… Anyway… at some point the weather will get better and for now I have wind, so I will simply keep ignoring the threatening dark sky..
