Wind finally! A nice wind that takes Guppy flying forward, so for the first time since our departure from Darwin we are making good progress. This morning the squalls enjoyed knocking me around, with the wind first coming directly from astern then suddenly striking from across and finally coming in from straight ahead.. just to completely fade away in the end. With a high swell and cross seas I did not feel too happy about this.. Anyway, now we are doing great under sails which is nice. Today I busied myself for a while with cleaning the solar panels which apparently have become the birds favorite restroom.. Not good for charging the batteries after many cloudy days. Well it keeps me busy..
