We enjoy sitting on the beach with the sea lions, but trying to keep them off Guppy and out of the dinghy–well, that’s not really so easy. It’s night now and the temperature here is fine but around noon it gets really, really hot. I have been skating a lot because there are awesome roads here. Well, I did fall one time but that was after I had jumped off the stairs for the 10th time and landed..uh,..upside down. But I’m fine and it is really fun. Bruno skates too. We also met some local teenagers and have been hanging out with them. Last night Bruno played a jam session in a local bar on the waterfront and I sang two songs, so that was fun. I really like it here so far. But today we topped up the water and fuel tanks and we’re slowly starting to get ready to leave in a few days. Shaoul is looking for another means of travel, which we decided will be the best thing for him. For now we’re having a fun time here and for the next 3000 nm passage it will be just the two of us–and Kiwi, of course.
