Since yesterday Guppy and I are in Puerto de Mogan. I was just getting used to the
rocking of the boat while lying at anchor. Now the boat lies almost totally still and silent.
It’s also nice to be back at berth in harbour, so I can clean the boat with fresh water and
have electricity to plug in the refrigerator. On Monday my mother and my sister are
coming over to see me. So my life on the boat will have to change a bit. It’s always funny
when someone comes by for a visit. It’s so great to live alone on the boat. On the other
hand I also find it is very nice to have them stay over for a while.
So everything is going well for me here, Guppy and I are enjoying ourselves, and the
weather is generally nice with a little rain and it is almost never cold. I sometimes shiver
but that is only because I am a bit of a ‘nesh’ [ sensitive to cold ]. I don’t have adequate
internet access here in Mogan, so it won’t be possible for me to send a blog every day.
Still I will do my very best to get one out as often as I can.
