Like on the previous two nights my nocturnal visitors have kept at whistling their songs from their favorite stage, the solar panels of the Targa frame. But if I try to catch a picture or a video of their act they fall silent and keep their beeks closed out of irritation … well, for all I care that is a most welcome change, really. Another good thing is that my guests have cleaned up their act and are a bit more polite now that they have stopped pooping on the solarpanels and are using Guppy’s stern platform for a restroom which is quite an improvement. This morning I saw my first cargo ship in a long time over on the horizon – I was expecting to see more ship traffic this close to the shore. It is another hot day here as we are closer to the equator and getting closer to Sint Maarten all the time. Today I also saw a few dolphins, but sadly they disappeared as quickly as they showed up. That is too bad, I haven’t had the pleasure of dolphins accompanying us for quite a while.
