I really hope that the wind keeps on blowing constantly and that it will shift to a better direction sometime because we are still sailing on a close tack as Guppy plows trough the endless blue sea. I am standing with my back to the sheet of the close hauled mainsail as I look at the long and deep swell that would hardly be noticeable otherwise. Guppy is too small to be affected by this kind of swell and just bobs up and down over it like a rubber duck… Up and down the wave, up and down again. In the hollow of the waves the wind is weaker but stronger at the top so ‘Gup’ is heeling a little more then… My rumbling stomach takes me out of my daydreams. Yes! I really feel hungry this time and I am looking forward to a nice dinner and that is a good sign. The very first days I was not hungry and not much interested in eating. I know this rising interest in food is a sign of my good sea rhythm settling in. Well, obviously the only thing I needed was wind…
